My Methodology
Methodology
My work is grounded in decades of personal experience with altered states of consciousness, combined with a professional background in psychology, coaching, and breathwork. I work outside a clinical or therapeutic framework, while remaining deeply informed by psychological insight, ethical responsibility, and the growing body of scientific research on psychedelics.
At the heart of my approach is careful preparation, honest self-inquiry, and respectful integration. Psychedelic experiences can be powerful catalysts, but their value depends largely on the context, the intention, and the way insights are embodied in daily life.
Preparation: clarity, readiness, and intention
In the preparation phase, I take time with you to explore your intentions, expectations, and motivations. We look at personal history, emotional patterns, current life circumstances, and your overall readiness for this kind of inner work. This includes reflecting on past experiences, coping strategies, blind spots, and strengths.
The aim is not to fix or optimize you, but to create clarity and stability, so you meet the experience from a grounded and honest place. Preparation also includes education, mindset, nervous system awareness, and practical tools to help you navigate uncertainty and intensity.
Integration: making insight livable
Integration is where insights are translated into lived reality. Together, we explore what emerged, how it relates to your life, and what wants to be expressed or changed. This process is often subtle and gradual. It may involve working with emotional patterns, values, relationships, habits, and the way you relate to yourself and the world.
I see myself here not as an authority, but as a companion and accountability partner. I walk alongside you, help you stay oriented, ask the right questions, and support you in making conscious, sustainable choices over time.
A non-clinical, client-centered framework
Although I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and have worked in therapeutic and clinical contexts earlier in my career, my current work is intentionally non-clinical. I do not diagnose, treat psychiatric conditions, or replace medical or psychological care.
My focus is on people who are generally stable, functioning, and self-responsible, and who feel a genuine pull to explore deeper layers of meaning, identity, and embodiment. The work is client-centered, respectful of your autonomy, and paced according to what is appropriate for you.
Ethics, safety, and ongoing learning
Throughout all phases, attention is given to psychological safety, ethical boundaries, and integration into real life. I stay closely informed about current research and evolving best practices in the psychedelic field, and I continuously reflect on my own role, limits, and responsibilities as a coach and mentor.
This work is not about chasing peak experiences. It is about cultivating clarity, honesty, resilience, and a more aligned way of living, grounded in who you actually are.
